Automated cookie-based logins have arrived!

I'm sure you've done it at least once, I know we do it all the time and we coded the site!

You use http://fwd4.me to make a short url, all well and good, but then you realise you're not logged in! Typical.

To get around this really annoying problem, you'll be pleased to know that the next time you log in to http://fwd4.me the web site will issue you with a little cookie. That cookie will automatically log you back into the site the next time you visit so any future short urls you create will be yours and will of course be added to your profile.

And speaking of which, we're still busy working away on your profile to bring you even more details and stats on the short urls you've made. Currently you can see when you created the url, when the url was last 'hit' and how many hits your short url has had since you created/published it.
