We've just done a minor code overhaul as we weren't happy with the performance of the site.
Also fixed a bug that was seeing our system generate the odd random three or sometimes even four character 'short' URL when there are still some two character long (short?) URLs available in the database.
Sorry about that!
UPDATE: Bug fix applied to API too, short URLs everywhere!
